This paid position offers a chance to grow your career while making a tangible difference for our customers every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately.</li><li>Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrains, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to replace parts, perform alignments, welding, and other repairs.</li><li>Service vehicles by executing oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and other routine maintenance tasks.</li><li>Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.</li><li>Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and schematics interpretation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and auto estimating software is preferred.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge of powertrains, transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle maintenance procedures.</li><li>Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools safely.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.</li><li>Valid certification in automotive repair or equivalent technical training is highly desirable.
