Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and completion of d&eacute;cor and interior fit-out projects</li><li>Coordinate site activities related to d&eacute;cor works such as joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and accessories</li><li>Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and material samples</li><li>Prepare and monitor work schedules, daily progress reports, and manpower deployment</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, factory, and site teams for smooth project execution</li><li>Handle site measurements, material requirements, and quantity verification</li><li>Supervise subcontractors and site labor to ensure quality and productivity</li><li>Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors; follow up on action items</li><li>Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and design discrepancies</li><li>Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and HSE standards</li><li>Manage snag lists, rectifications, and support final project handover</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering / related field</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;6 years of experience in interior d&eacute;cor or fit-out projects</li><li>UAE experience preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Project Engineer (Décor / Interior Fit-Out)

Requirements:<ul><li>Assist in the delivery and pickup of joinery materials, tools, and small equipment between workshop, suppliers, and sites.</li><li>Preferably experienced in driving up to 28-seater buses</li><li>Drivers for light vehicles up to 3-ton pickup and Bus</li><li>Must be familiar with Sharjah, Ajman, Dubai routes</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License &ndash; Category 3 &amp; 5 </li><li>3&ndash;4 years of UAE driving experience</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage, and supervise upholstery production activities including sofas, chairs, beds, headboards, cushions, wall panels, curtains, and loose furniture</li><li>Manage upholstery workshop operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and on-time delivery</li><li>Lead and control upholsterers, tailors, helpers, and supervisors</li><li>Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams for drawings, specifications, and timelines</li><li>Ensure proper selection and usage of fabrics, leather, foam, accessories, and hardware</li><li>Implement and monitor quality control standards at all stages of upholstery work</li><li>Control material consumption, wastage, and cost optimization</li><li>Support estimation team with technical inputs, material feasibility, and production rates</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the workshop</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly production and progress reports to management</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 -8 years of experience in upholstery operations, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in a managerial or supervisory role</li><li>Strong experience in interior fit-out / furniture manufacturing companies</li><li>In-depth knowledge of upholstery construction methods, materials, and finishes</li><li>Proven experience in manpower handling and customer interactions</li><li>Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s in Interior Design, Engineering, or relevant technical field (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
