Job Description 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality sales, build valuable industry knowledge, and contribute to achieving our business goals. You will assist the Sales team in managing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and executing administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Job Description 
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations and Revenue Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing reservations with precision while gaining hands-on experience in revenue management strategies that maximize hotel profitability. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn both the operational and commercial aspects of the hospitality industry, developing skills in reservations accuracy, customer service, and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

Ensure mise-en-place is prepared and maintained efficiently throughout service.</li><li>
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines while being open to learning new techniques and styles.</li><li>
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP and food safety guidelines.</li><li>
Maintain proper stock rotation and assist in monitoring inventory levels in the bakery section.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with the pastry and kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service for all outlets and events.</li><li>
Take ownership of your section when delegated, and proactively address any issues that arise during preparation or service.</li><li>
Demonstrate initiative in learning and growing your pastry and bakery skills under the guidance of senior chefs.</li><li>

Qualifications

Previous experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setting</li><li>
