Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee various luxury home renovations in the Boston &amp; surrounding suburb areas.M. Holland &amp; Sons Construction have managed hundreds of residential and commercial projects.Duties<ul><li>Manage all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for drafting and design work.</li><li>Prepare detailed schematics and construction documents while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.</li><li>Strong understanding of drafting techniques and CAD applications.</li><li>Experience in construction processes and project management principles.</li><li>Ability to create detailed schematics and elevations for various architectural projects.</li><li>Familiarity with interior design concepts and mechanical design is advantageous.</li><li>Experience with 2D animation tools can enhance presentation capabilities for client proposals.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
