Key Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul>

Supervise and manage night colleagues, including front desk associates, security personnel, and any other overnight team members.</li>

<li>Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during the night shift.</li>

<li>Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure safety and security standards are met.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage hotel systems and operations, addressing any technical issues or disruptions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the day-shift management team to provide seamless transitions between shifts and share relevant information.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures during nighttime operations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of nightly activities, incidents, and guest interactions.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions for night colleagues to enhance their skills and ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.</li>
