Job Description:We are seeking a Landscape Crew member with at least 1 year of experience in the landscaping industry to lead and manage landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to lead by example to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and maintain landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steers, etc.)</li><li>Install sod, plants, trees, mulch, irrigation systems, and hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)</li><li>Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to company standards</li><li>Communicate effectively with management</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Knowledge of landscaping tools, materials, and installation techniques</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
