Someone who is loving, energetic, engaging and enjoys spending time with children. VERY important for someone to be self-motivated and proactive - able to get the job done with minimal help/direction. Someone who is organized and able to offer solutions to create an organized household environment and help to maintain it. Someone who is also interested in occasionally staying with the children and pets when parents are away for extra compensation.
