We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Female Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing successful transactions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.</li><li>Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.</li><li>Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, and trends.</li><li>Prepare and manage property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photos.</li><li>Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal professionals throughout the transaction process.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.</li><li>Valid driving license is preferred.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or French are an advantage.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary).</li><li>Attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.</li><li>Performance-based incentives and bonuses.</li><li>Training and ongoing sales support.</li><li>Marketing support and access to company property listings.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth within the company.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>Strong work ethic and target-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to build trust with clients and deliver exceptional service.</li><li>Passion for sales and real estate.</li></ul>Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
