We are building a secure computation network that is fundamentally changing how high-value data is stored and used globally. Our decentralized technology expands beyond traditional blockchain transactions into new verticals like AI, biometric data, health data, voting, and consumer data using privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs). Backed by a record-setting seed round and founded by high-profile leaders from Uber, Indiegogo, and Coinbase, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Community to drive our global strategy.
This is a critical, deeply cross-organizational role where you will design and execute innovative strategies to bring to life a vibrant global community. You will serve as the pulse of the project, collaborating closely with senior Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to align community initiatives with the project's development and vision.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>

Strategy &amp; Growth: Develop and execute creative strategies to drive community growth and engagement with intentionality.</li>
<li>Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end community initiatives, including ambassador programs, interactive forums, competitions, and social media campaigns.</li>
<li>Cross-Org Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Research teams to ensure a cohesive community strategy.</li>
<li>Events &amp; Hosting: Organize and host community AMAs, webinars, workshops, and Twitter/X Spaces, and participate in live events.</li>
<li>Sentiment &amp; Feedback: Monitor and analyze community sentiment, trends, and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of community ambassadors, setting clear goals and metrics.</li>
<li>Risk Management: Lead crisis management and conflict resolution within the community.</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>
Experience: 4+ years of experience as a community leader in crypto/Web3.</li>
<li>Crypto Fluency: Deeply embedded in crypto culture, fluent in its narratives and evolving ecosystem.</li>
<li>Scaling Track Record: Proven ability to build and scale communities, ambassador programs, and engagement campaigns.</li>
<li>Technical Grasp: Strong grasp of blockchain technology and decentralized systems.</li>
<li>Soft Skills: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.</li>
<li>Strategic &amp; Analytical: Strategic thinker and planner, skilled in data-driven engagement strategies, and possessing creative problem-solving abilities with a bias for action.</li>

We are a rapidly growing technology company in the FinTech sector focused on delivering next-generation infrastructure, with a strong presence in Blockchain and Cybersecurity. We are seeking a Lead Sales Executive to drive revenue and manage end-to-end deal execution within a key territory. This role requires a high-activity, autonomous &quot;maverick&quot; who can operate independently with remote support and thrive in an agile startup environment.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation through final negotiation and procurement. This includes deep prospecting, gathering complex technical and commercial requirements, and executing channel and partner strategies to drive incremental revenue. You will be a critical representative of the company in the market, driving brand awareness at industry events and feeding back vital customer intelligence to Product and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>

Requirements<ul>

Experience: 5&ndash;7 years of proven experience as a lead sales executive working for a technology company in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships.</li>
<li>Autonomy: A maverick &ndash; able to operate alone in a territory with remote support.</li>
<li>Mindset: Go-getter and doer &ndash; highly proactive and self-driven; capable of performing in an agile and flexible startup environment.</li>
<li>Communication: Excellent written and oral communication in English. Other languages are a plus.</li>

We are building a high-performance blockchain operating system that fundamentally redefines what's possible on Ethereum by prioritizing unparalleled throughput, decentralization, and security. We are now expanding the team for O2, a new, early-stage project: a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) running on our modular execution layer. Designed as a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB), our goal is to build the fastest DEX ever constructed, leveraging parallel execution to unlock high-frequency trading efficiency fully on-chain.
You will play a foundational role, leveraging your expertise in market making and quantitative trading to model, simulate, and optimize the market behavior of our core CLOB protocol. This is a highly hands-on role where you will design and test trading strategy logic, build simulation frameworks, and collaborate with engineering and research to inform critical protocol-level design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>

Strategy &amp; Optimization: Leverage prior market making experience to run, tune, and improve automated trading strategies both on-chain and across centralized exchanges (CeFi).</li>
<li>Liquidity Provision: Ensure consistent liquidity provision, real-time adaptation to market conditions, and reliable execution across multiple markets.</li>
<li>Risk &amp; Security: Identify and mitigate manipulative or adversarial behavior in markets, protecting the exchange and ensuring fair trading conditions. Analyse system architecture and trading logic for vulnerabilities, providing input on risk controls.</li>
<li>Collaboration &amp; Design: Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to design resilient trading bots and contribute to protocol-level market logic.</li>
<li>Operations: Develop and refine operational workflows for monitoring, alerting, risk management, and daily trading routines (e.g., runbooks, escalation paths).</li>
