Steel Fabricator Applicants will not be considered without meeting the defined requirements. Must have 5 years of experience in Welding and Fabrication.Must possess the physical ability to perform all essential job functions for the Steel Fabricator position.Starting pay will be based on the candidate's skills &amp; experience.<ul><li>Safely set up and operate welding machines and other shop equipment</li><li>Join together metal pieces with welding machines that use the MIG process</li><li>Good, Consistent Welds</li><li>Correctly Grind Tacks and Welds</li><li>Fabricate carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals working from drawings and written instructions</li><li>Position and fit parts to weld</li><li>Cut parts to correct size</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to fabricate parts accurately</li><li>Must be able to read tape measure and pi tape</li><li>Operate most machinery in shop</li><li>Fabricate forms to correct sizes</li><li>Perform tasks with no supervision</li><li>Independent Quality Control of Products Fabricated</li><li>Maintain standards of safety in the work environment</li></ul>Positions are available for day shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pmDrug Screen RequiredWelding Test RequiredMath Test RequiredJob Type: Full-timeWork Location:<ul><li>One location</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:<ul><li>MIG welding: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Metal fabrication: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Blueprint reading: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Gainesville, GA 30501 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Gainesville, GA 30501: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
