Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and recruitment specific to the factory environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.</li><li>Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves, benefits, attendance).</li><li>Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.</li><li>Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in an HR role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment laws.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Billing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate books of accounts, and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record and maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP.</li><li>Prepare and maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation statements.</li><li>Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial reviews.</li><li>Track and manage company expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.</li><li>Support management with financial data, analysis, and reporting.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred).</li><li>minimum 2 years of accounting experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime .</li><li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation system.</li><li>Excellent command of Excel and MS Office tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
