Job SummaryThe Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and services required for smooth plant operations. The role focuses on cost optimization, vendor management, and adherence to company procurement policies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Procure raw materials, packing materials, spares, and consumables as per production requirements.</li><li>Identify and develop reliable vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved terms and conditions.</li><li>Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with production, stores, and quality departments for material requirements and approvals.</li><li>Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality specifications.</li><li>Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documents, and inventory-related data.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.</li><li>Handle supplier performance reviews and resolve supply-related issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.</li><li>Good negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work with ERP systems and MS Excel.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong coordination abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
