Good follow up and reading writing skills.Key Responsibilities1. Document Preparation &amp; Drafting<ul><li>Draft and review basic legal documents such as notices, affidavits, letters, agreements, and pleadings.</li><li>Format and proofread documents for accuracy and legal compliance.</li><li>Prepare case summaries, briefs, and reports as directed.</li></ul>2. Case File Management<ul><li>Maintain organized case files, records, and documentation.</li><li>Update case status, schedules, and deadlines.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of documents with courts or government agencies.</li></ul>3. Legal Research<ul><li>Conduct basic legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.</li><li>Compile findings into structured notes or reports for attorney review.</li><li>Assist in gathering evidence, precedents, and supporting materials.</li></ul>4. Client Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with clients to collect required information or documents.</li><li>Schedule meetings, hearings, and consultations with clients and court personnel.</li><li>Handle client queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>5. Administrative Support<ul><li>Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and deadlines for attorneys.</li><li>Prepare and organize court bundles, case files, and exhibits.</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, and office operations for the legal department.</li></ul>6.
