Job Title: Two-Wheeler Technician / MechanicDepartment: Service / Workshop Location: Salem Reports To: Service Manager / Workshop In-ChargeJob Summary:The Two-Wheeler Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining two-wheeler vehicles (motorcycles and scooters). The role ensures timely service, high-quality repairs, and customer satisfaction while adhering to company and manufacturer standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on two-wheelers.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Replace or repair defective parts such as engines, brakes, clutches, suspension systems, etc.</li><li>Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop area.</li><li>Keep accurate records of work done, parts used, and time taken for each job.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.</li><li>Provide technical support and feedback to customers and supervisors.</li><li>Stay updated on new models, technologies, and repair techniques.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years (Fresher with relevant technical education may also apply).</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of two-wheeler engines, transmission systems, and electrical components.</li><li>Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with both petrol and electric two-wheelers (preferred).</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Time management and problem-solving ability.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
