We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle assigned <b>Solo night route shifts</b>.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You'll Do -</b></div><ul><li>
Operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles</li><li>
Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment</li><li>
Drop &amp; Hook Only - No-touch freight</li><li>
Verify and complete required documentation and reports</li><li>
Maintain accurate daily logs</li><li>
Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (delays, arrivals, equipment problems)</li><li>
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures</li><li>
Perform other duties as required</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Pay &amp; Benefits -</b></div><ul><li>
Pay: $29 &acirc; $33/hour (Solo Night Run)</li><li>
Drivers with 2+ years of doubles experience qualify for higher pay range</li><li>
Up to $500 quarterly safety bonus (for safety compliance and no Motive events)</li><li>
Medical, Dental, and Vision through UnitedHealthcare (UHC)</li><li>
Simple IRA through Fidelity Investments</li><li>
Paid Time Off:</li><li>
1 week after 1 year</li><li>
2 weeks after 2 years</li><li>
Training: 3 &acirc; 4 days (covers route overview, ELD, procedures, dispatch process, and location layouts)</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements -</b></div><ul><li>
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with doubles/triples endorsement</li><li>
1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years</li><li>
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards</li><li>
Pass background check</li><li>
Ability to attain doubles/triples trailer endorsement</li><li>
Ability to follow instructions and complete required training</li><li>
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Schedule -</b> Monday to Friday (1 weekend per month is mandatory; extended 6-week shifts available)</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Solo Night Run</li><li>
350&acirc;400 miles per day</li><li>
10.5-hour shift</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Terminal Location:</b> 111 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA 17057</div><div></div><div><br>
