Job DescriptionWe&rsquo;re looking for a Social Science Teacher for our students (Grade 6 to 10) to teach as per the CBSE guidelines and help them develop intellectually, socially, and emotionally.Objectives Of This Role<ul><li>Teach the subject at the given grades as per the CBSE standards and the educational needs and abilities of the students</li><li>Create a classroom culture that is welcoming, positive, and inclusive</li><li>Plan, prepare, and teach lessons, promoting the general progress and well-being of individual students and groups of students</li><li>Drive outstanding student achievement for all students in your subject and support colleagues in driving student achievement school-wide</li><li>Communicate, cooperate, and consult with school staff, and parents/guardians in the students&rsquo; best interest</li><li>Identify and groom students for various literary events like elocution, essay writing, debates etc.</li></ul>Daily And Monthly Responsibilities<ul><li>Utilize a wide variety of teaching methods to create differentiated opportunities for deep understanding for all learners, including students with special needs</li><li>Create and distribute educational supports, including reading material, activities, homework assignments, sharing lessons in a comprehensive manner, using visual/audio accompaniments to facilitate interactive learning</li><li>Assess and evaluate student growth; creating action plans on class-wide, group-wide and individual basis in response to student data</li><li>Assess, record, and report on development, progress, and behavior of students, issuing grades, progress reports, and report cards</li><li>Plan and execute educational in-class, and outdoor activities and events</li><li>Collaborate with the Learning Specialists, School Counselor, Assistant Principal, and Principal in providing students with academic and social support, and attend family/support meetings as needed</li><li>Attend all teacher training programs, seminars and events organized by the school</li></ul>Skills And Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent English language skills</li><li>Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zoom Meetings</li></ul>Educational Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate Degree in any stream related to Social Science</li><li>Bachelor Of Education</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Two years of experience in Teaching</li><li>Freshers may also apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;380,000.00 - &#8377;480,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
