Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Office Management: Oversee the general cleanliness, organization, and inventory of office supplies and equipment.</li><li>Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence, acting as a liaison between executives, staff, and external parties.</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Travel: Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel and accommodations for executives.</li><li>Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Presentations: Develop reports, presentations, and other crucial documents to support senior management.</li><li>Support &amp; Coordination: Assist with various administrative tasks for departments like HR and Finance, support company events, and ensure administrative practices comply with company policies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
