Job Title: Accounts AssistantJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounting team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring smooth financial processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers, and journals.</li><li>Process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.</li><li>Support accounts payable and receivable functions.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations.</li><li>Help with preparation of financial statements and reports.</li><li>File and maintain accounting documents and records.</li><li>Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.</li><li>Support payroll processing and tax compliance (as required).</li><li>Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to accounts.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Marg Software, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP,).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong command in english, verval and written.</li></ul>Work Type<ul><li>Full-time in office</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Based on skills and experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
