Job Summary:Looking for a skilled Project Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution for premium residential construction projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities for civil, MEP, and interior works</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for site clarifications</li></ul><ul><li>Manage subcontractors and labor productivity</li></ul><ul><li>Raise material indents and track delivery/usage</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain DPR, site reports, measurements, and documentation</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure site safety and compliance</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular progress updates</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of residential construction (villa/apartment/interiors)</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read architectural/structural/MEP drawings</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication &amp; coordination skills</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and site documentation</li></ul><ul><li>Problem-solving attitude and ownership</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
