We are looking for a Senior Architect with 4- 5 years of strong experience in residential design and a solid understanding of UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations).Key Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in residential architectural design, from concept to execution.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UDCPR regulations.</li><li>Strong background in working drawings and site coordination.</li><li>Familiarity with municipal drawings, approvals, and submission processes.</li><li>Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.</li><li>Team player who can lead, mentor junior staff, and maintain professional relationships.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
