<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
<br>
<b>ACCOUNT &amp; TERRITORY MANAGEMENT</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop new business and maintain existing customer and relationships</li>
<li>Achieve sales growth in-line with stated overall sales goals</li>
<li>Analyze account base to identify opportunities and discuss product needs through a relationship-based selling approach</li>
<li>Ensure maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account KPIs and using effective and current point-of-sale materials</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company&rsquo;s priorities and customer&rsquo;s needs to include selling displays, merchandising, menu concepts, new products, well and back bar placements, drink and wine lists, and in location promotions</li>
<li>Maintain customer records, prepare sales materials, and submit orders for processing</li>
<li>Work with national account team for program compliance</li>
</ul><div><b>PRODUCT &amp; INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE</b></div>
<ul><li>Stay current and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wine varietals and international wines in addition to all M.S. Walker products, including current prices, vintages, regional identity, awards and press- establish personal industry networks</li>
<li>Educate customer and account staff on priority brands by administering educational staff training seminars</li>
<li>Remain informed of company/supplier activities and updates by attending, and actively participating in, weekly sales meetings</li>
</ul><div><b>COLLABORATION &amp; TEAM</b></div>
<ul><li>Contribute to team effort in accomplishing goals</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies or marketing information</li>
<li>Work with management to achieve company objectives and individual goals</li>
</ul><div><b>LEARN &amp; DEVELOP</b></div>
<ul><li>Successfully engage in and complete a paid 2-4 week in-field training and immersion program to integrate and learn the MSW sales process and product offerings</li>
<li>Engage in continuous self-education and professional development</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in fine wine wholesale, distribution, and/or importing with established client relationships</li>
<li>Superior wine and spirits knowledge</li>
<li>Effective self and time management skills</li>
<li>Goal oriented, strong work ethic, positive mental attitude, and a team player</li>
<li>Outstanding relationship building and selling skills</li>
<li>Excellent organization, follow-up, and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to walk, sit, stand, reach overhead and lift up to 45lbs</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li>

<b>Pay Range: </b>The salary is commission based with an earnings range of $50k-$225K.</div></div>
