The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes, managing food prep and kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. This role is integral to delivering a premium experience to our customers in a fast-paced catering or cloud kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of North &amp; South Indian dishes including Chinese and Tandoor.Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.Creating new dishes as per availability.Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across orders.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.Monitor stock levels and communicate with the procurement team for inventory needs.Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and all cooking stations.Stay updated with current food trends and suggest new menu ideas or improvements.Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
