Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and industry best practices.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to acquire quality equipment, materials, and services within budgetary constraints.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, project management, and other departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and maintain a supplier database.</li><li>Analyze and review supplier proposals, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements.</li><li>Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any supply chain issues or discrepancies.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, including delivery times, quality of products/services, and overall reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the oil &amp; gas industry.</li><li>In‐depth knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.</li><li>Familiarity with oil and gas equipment, materials, and services.</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in using procurement software/tools and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
