 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 Lead and manage projects efficiently from planning through execution and closure, ensuring they&rsquo;re completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess in building efficient project structures and cross functional teams that support M square for successful execution and long-term value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive project execution by aligning teams, processes, and resources toward clear deliverables and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and structure project from initiation to closure, ensuring clarity of scope and fill scope gabs, tasks, timelines and dependencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly monitor and review project performance to ensuring alignment with the required scope, budget and timeline while identifying areas for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze project requirements, data and risks to inform strategic decisions and ensure optimized outcome which meet project objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified PMP, RMP, are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 12 - 14 years of experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 English language fluency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of AutoCAD, excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and primavera P6.
 </li>

Project Manager

 Purpose:
 
 
 
 Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality residential/commercial units, focusing on finishing standards, and client satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring architectural designs are accurately implemented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress of finishing works (interior and exterior), ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve construction or design issues proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage resources, materials, and manpower to meet project schedules and budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards on-site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide reports to senior management on project progress, quality, and any risks or delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the quality control team to audit and approve completed units before handover.
 </li>

 Job Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 9 - 10 years of experience in construction management, with strong focus on architectural finishing delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and finishing materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
 </li>
