 This role is responsible for managing sales operations processes at M squared, maintaining accurate data and reporting, coordinating between internal departments, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets and enhance overall operational efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 
 Reservations:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee the unit reservation process, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the sales force system.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Payment plan:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review payment plans and create NPV payment plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Inventory:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of available units, ensuring up-to-date inventory tracking.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Broker Claims:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and manage broker claim requests, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any claims submitted by brokers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in real estate developer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and reporting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills.
 </li>
