 Purpose:
 
 
 
 Senior Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all technical office activities related to construction projects. This includes preparing shop drawings, reviewing designs, following up on materials, and ensuring alignment between project specifications, execution, and client requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals in compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design consultants, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure proper execution on-site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation required for project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support to the site team during construction and finishing works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and timely delivery of materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in value engineering and cost control by identifying efficient solutions without compromising quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise junior engineers and provide guidance to ensure alignment with project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic progress and technical reports for management and clients.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience in technical office roles, with proven experience as a Senior Technical Office Engineer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in construction and finishing works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering/design software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
 </li>

 Receive and document customer complaints and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on each issue to ensure timely resolution, tracking progress to ensure residents&rsquo; concerns are properly handled.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with different departments to organize events and entertainment activities that enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive initiatives to increase foot traffic and improve overall community experience through well-executed events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and report any violations within the community and follow up with the necessary departments to ensure they are addressed according to the agreed-upon procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond immediately to emergency repair cases or urgent requests, coordinating with the appropriate teams to address situations swiftly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep residents informed about upcoming events, activities, and maintenance work that may impact them, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an up-to-date flow of information, providing clear updates on changes or important matters affecting residents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and follow up on work orders for the Maintenance department based on resident feedback, ensuring all maintenance issues are properly documented and resolved.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 From 3 to 5 years of experience in dealing with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in handling disputes and managing difficult customer complaints in a professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication Skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Work &amp; Outlook.
 </li>
