<b>The Branch Manager</b> is responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies. This role focuses on driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, managing inventory and merchandising, and overseeing product receiving and delivery processes. The Branch Manager ensures a safe, organized, and well-maintained facility while fostering a culture of trust, service, and accountability. <li>Full-time role (40&ndash;50 hours/week) requires regular physical activity and equipment operation.</li>
