<div><div>Overview:</div><div>
Receives mail and pulls and re-files documents and files on Institutional clients; updates tracking system on all associated activity.</div><div></div><div>
Primary Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Check manifests for documents received from Institutional customers to the actual documents; determine if the document is a copy or original. Update tracking system with documents received either manually or by an import.</li><li>
Pull files/documents requested by other team members and sign them out to each individual for tracking of files; update tracking system with release information on files that have been requested by customers. Send files/documents to the correct customer.</li><li>
Re-file files and/or documents returned to the vault; update tracking system with return information for re-instatements of any returned files from customers to support system accuracy.</li><li>
Understand and adhere to the Company&rsquo;s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company&rsquo;s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.</li><li>
Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&amp;T Bank brand.</li><li>
Maintain M&amp;T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.</li><li>
Complete other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Education and Experience Required:</div><div>
High School or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year work experience</div><div>
Proficiency with personal computers</div><div>
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills</div><div>
Demonstrated problem-solving skills</div><div>
Good alpha/numeric skills</div><div>
Demonstrated organizational skills</div><div></div><div>
Education and Experience Preferred:</div><div>
Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining accuracy</div><div></div><div>
Physical Requirements:</div><div>
Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds</div><div>
Able to climb on a ladder and/or stool and bend for filing</div><div>
Able to stand for long periods of time</div><div></div>
M&amp;T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.31 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate&rsquo;s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.<div></div><div>
