We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer(Female) with a strong portfolio in mobile and web design to lead the creation of exceptional user experiences. You&rsquo;ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric designs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UX/UI design efforts for mobile and web applications (Android/iOS). Conduct user research, create personas, and define user journeys and workflows. Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma/XD). Develop and maintain design systems and UI style guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and quality during implementation. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the team.Requirements3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on mobile applications. Proficient with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). Experience in user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis. Strong understanding of UX patterns, responsive design, and accessibility. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing your best UX and UI work is required.Preferred Skills Experience working in agile/scrum environments. Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., Lottie, After Effects).
