This role ensures smooth workflow, effective coordination across departments, and supports senior management with essential tasks.Manage general office operations including supplies and facility coordination.Handle front-desk activities such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors.Schedule meetings, manage calendars.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data entry.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned workshops, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and budgets set by managementJob Type: Full-timePay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
