The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and streamline day-to-day production, project delivery, and people management for our model-making unit.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive quality control, costing, material planning, and on-time execution for architectural, industrial, and creative miniatures.</li></ul><ul><li>Train, mentor, and develop technical and production teams for multi-project scaling.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with clients, architects, design teams, and vendors for seamless communication and resolve project challenges.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement process improvements, optimize shop floor efficiency, and ensure safety protocols.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee procurement, logistics, machine maintenance, and basic shop floor finance/budgeting.</li></ul><ul><li>Regular reporting to company leadership and participation in strategic growth initiatives.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Expected Profile<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BE/BTech/Architecture/Industrial Design preferred); MBA/PGDM in Operations/Production Management is an added advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior hands-on leadership in a model making, creative manufacturing, exhibit fabrication, or architectural prototyping setup.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to manage 20&ndash;40 member teams and complex, deadline-driven production cycles.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient with modern project management, shop floor software, and reporting tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and team building abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Quick learning attitude with a drive for process automation and innovation.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of model making materials, 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, and digital fabrication methods desirable.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Leadership role with direct impact on company trajectory.</li></ul><ul><li>Professional growth, creative freedom, and opportunities for advancement.</li></ul><ul><li>Performance incentives; flexible, collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.50 - &#8377;50,000.50 per monthWork Location: In person
