Job Title: Junior MEP EngineerJob SummarySupports the MEP engineering team in the design, coordination, supervision, and documentation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across construction projects, gaining hands-on exposure to all phases of project delivery from design through to commissioning.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist senior MEP engineers in the design and review of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems</li><li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project specifications</li><li>Coordinate MEP works on site with contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines</li><li>Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress against programme</li><li>Raise and track RFIs, technical queries, and design clarifications</li><li>Support preparation of technical reports, inspection records, and commissioning documentation</li><li>Assist in clash detection and BIM coordination where applicable</li><li>Ensure all MEP works comply with DEWA, DM, Civil Defence, and other UAE authority requirements</li><li>Maintain up-to-date drawing registers, submittals logs, and site records</li><li>Liaise with consultants and client representatives under the guidance of senior engineers</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in UAE construction</li><li>Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and power distribution systems</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit MEP; MS Office proficiency essential</li><li>Knowledge of UAE authority standards including DEWA, DM, and Civil Defence regulations</li><li>Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced site environment</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English</li></ul>Employment Details<ul><li>Location: Dubai, UAE</li><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Reporting to: MEP Engineer / MEP Manager</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Title: MEP DraftsmanJob SummaryResponsible for producing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and technical documentation in support of construction and fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and coordination with the broader project team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and develop MEP drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP based on engineer specifications and design briefs</li><li>Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, coordination drawings, and schematics for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems</li><li>Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural drawings to identify and resolve clashes</li><li>Revise and update drawings as per site conditions, RFIs, and design changes</li><li>Maintain organized drawing registers and ensure version control across all document sets</li><li>Liaise with MEP engineers, site supervisors, and consultants to clarify design intent</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with local authority standards and project specifications</li><li>Support the preparation of material submittals and technical documentation</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in UAE or GCC</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit MEP is an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with DEWA, DM, ADSSC, and other UAE authority standards</li><li>Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing packages simultaneously</li><li>Good communication skills; team-oriented</li></ul>Employment Details<ul><li>Location: Dubai, UAE</li><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Reporting to: MEP Engineer / Project Manager</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: AED6,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
