We are hiring CA Freshers, CA/CS Aspirants, and candidates with experience in Operations. The Operations Executive plays a vital role in managing the complete sales order cycle&mdash;from initial customer inquiry and quotation preparation to final delivery and vendor coordination. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively link sales, customer service, and logistics operations.Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling<ul><li>Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Handle inquiries, provide timely updates, resolve concerns, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.</li><li>Quotation Preparation: Prepare and share accurate quotations as per client requirements, ensuring all pricing, terms, and conditions are clearly mentioned.</li><li>Order Processing: Oversee the full sales order lifecycle including order entry, confirmation, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to delivery timelines.</li></ul>2. Operations &amp; Logistics Management<ul><li>Vendor &amp; Supplier Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, sourcing, and scheduling to ensure timely availability of materials/services.</li><li>Logistics Handling: Manage all shipment logistics&mdash;coordinate with transporters, organize dispatch schedules, track shipments, and ensure smooth and timely delivery.</li><li>Inventory/Stock Management (Optional): Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent delays (include if applicable).</li></ul>3.
