A brief JD is hereResponsibilities <ul><li>Pre-Incorporation Services</li></ul>&middot; Advisories on entity types having regard to the client&rsquo;s business plans in India&middot; Advisories on funding of entity and repatriation of funds having regard to the client&rsquo;s business plans within the framework of Indian Laws like FEMA, Companies Act, etc. Working knowledge of Indian tax laws with support from CAS team/outside specialist consultants<ul><li>Incorporation Services</li></ul>&middot; Set up of legal entity&middot; Registrations of PAN/TAN of entity&middot; Registration of entity under GST (with support from CAS team)&middot; Registration of Directors&rsquo; DSC, etc and related MCA Forms&middot; Holding of 1st Board Meeting for various initial steps&middot; Opening of Bank Account&middot; Registration with DGFT&middot; Patent/Trademark/Copyright registrations where applicable, with support from specialist lawyers&middot; Registration under specific laws like FSSAI, Cosmetics &amp; Drugs Act, etc, if applicable, with support from specialist service providers&middot; Application with Special Valuation Branch for imports from related parties, if applicable, with support from specialist service providers<ul><li>Secretarial Services</li><li>Timely and accurate reporting to the appropriate authorities and ensuring compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Income Tax Act, etc for all clients.</li><li>Coordinating with associates and service providers to ensure timely compliances with regulatory and tax provisions as applicable to clients.</li><li>Stay up to date on the latest changes in various commercial, mercantile and taxation laws, rules and regulations (FEMA, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, DTAAs, etc,) affecting clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Legal Services</li><li>Ability to draft commercial contracts and agreements like Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Employment Agreements, etc</li><li>Ability to conduct legal due diligence</li><li>Research and compilation of information and drafting of various Legal Advisory Reports for clients.</li><li>Perform such other tasks as may be assigned to you from time to time</li></ul>To work closely with associate law firms for complex legal matters as and when requiredRequirements <ul><li>Excellent communication and writing skills and should be to be able to communicate effectively over emails and calls.</li><li>Ability to manage a team and proactively support them in meeting client&rsquo;s tasks in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Ability to network effectively with external service providers, banks and also with colleagues in parallel service lines</li><li>Strong drafting skills for Advisory reports</li><li>Essential knowledge and good grasp of FEMA, Companies Act, NCLT related laws, etc</li><li>Working knowledge of various rule and regulations impacting clients in India like FFSAI rules, Trademark and Copyrights Act, Metrology regulations, SVB Customs procedures and rules, etc</li><li>Essential qualification: Company Secretary</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;120,000.00 - &#8377;160,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
