Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for HR functions, we would like to meet you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.</li><li>Oversee talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.</li><li>Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.</li><li>Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.</li><li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations and manage related claims.</li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role</li><li>Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics</li><li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases</li><li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills</li><li>Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Competence in building and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company If you possess a strong background in HR management and are looking to make a significant impact within our organization, we encourage you to apply.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
