 About the Job:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Provide first and second-level IT support within a manufacturing plant, ensuring stable operation of corporate IT systems and reliable connectivity to production systems (IT/OT environment).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide IT support for office and factory users (hardware, software, Windows).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage users and access via Active Directory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Microsoft 365 and email services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot LAN connectivity (active &amp; passive) and endpoint issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform first-level troubleshooting for SAP-related incidents and route the cases to the right SAP domain when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support MES and shop-floor terminals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in basic application/system changes where applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with automation teams for PLC/SCADA workstation connectivity issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow IT security policies and access control procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support / System Support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge &amp; skills in the following: Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, basic networking, Hardware &amp; printer support, Microsoft Office, basic cybersecurity awareness, basic programming/system logic knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (spoken &amp; written)
 </li>
 </ul>

 Experience across all IT Ecosystem different domains is not required.

IT Service Desk/Technical Support Engineer

 About the Job:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Automation Engineer will support the implementation, integration, and commissioning of automation systems for the greenfield automotive factory project. The role involves working closely with the Automation Lead, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful installation and operation of PLC and robotic systems across manufacturing areas.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support automation design reviews and technical discussions during the project phase.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the implementation and integration of PLC and robotic systems in Body Shop, Paint Shop, and General Assembly areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities for automation equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for automation-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers and contractors during installation and commissioning phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure automation systems meet safety, quality, and production requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and system records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support training activities for operators and maintenance teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement activities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic to intermediate experience with PLC systems such as Siemens.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with industrial robots such as Fanuc or Yaskawa is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in automotive manufacturing or greenfield projects is a plus.
 </li>
