Job Summary
 Responsible for supervising hourly employees in a manufacturing warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
 Job Duties
 <ul>
<li>Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet production and delivery schedules</li>
<li>Lead, assign, and monitor work for a team of hourly employees, ensuring productivity goals and performance standards are consistently met</li>
<li>Train, coach, and develop team members on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and company policies; provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations</li>
<li>Plan and adjust staffing levels based on workload, production schedules, and operational demands</li>
<li>Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining proper system records</li>
<li>Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues</li>
<li>Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes</li>
<li>Enforce compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and environmental regulations; conduct safety audits and lead corrective actions when needed</li>
<li>Maintain adherence to 5S and lean manufacturing principles to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and timely material flow</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, safety incidents, and overall warehouse performance</li>
<li>Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory, labor, and operational metrics</li>
<li>Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies</li>
<li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials to prevent damage or loss</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process optimization projects</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation (shipping records, inventory logs, compliance forms, etc.) is completed accurately and on time</li>
</ul>
Experience and Education
 <ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Working knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and procedures</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead, direct, and develop employees</li>
<li>Experience with personnel decisions including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions</li>

Job Summary
 Responsible for analyzing competitor pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business.
 Job Duties
 <ul>
<li>Collect and analyze data relating to current and predicted market conditions, cost overhead or competition pricing in order to recommend pricing strategies or standardize pricing guidelines</li>
<li>Balance customer needs or values with expected product demand to maximize revenue, market share or profit margin</li>
<li>Model pricing adjustments to predict the impact of pricing changes on organizational performance</li>
<li>May provide customized pricing to the sales team</li>
<li>Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately</li>
<li>Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)</li>
<li>Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Experience and Education
 <ul>
<li>Perform work under minimal supervision</li>
<li>Pricing Analyst experience</li>
<li>Analyze large datasets</li>
<li>Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff</li>
<li>Possess comprehensive knowledge of subject matter</li>
<li>Provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group</li>
<li>Typically require a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience</li>
</ul>
