 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and respond to customer&rsquo;s feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist other departments within the company as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experienced in customer care or call centers is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English level IELTS 5.5 &ndash; 6.0 or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills in using computers and office software (Excel, Word).
 </li>
 <li>
 Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Due to the nature of night shifts, the ability to manage schedules and workloads is necessary to maintain health and well-being for nighttime work.
 </li>
