Job Title: Fit-Out EstimatorJob Summary: The Fit-Out Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role ensures competitive and profitable pricing while maintaining company standards and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand project scope.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accuracy in measurements.</li><li>Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options.</li><li>Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams for technical clarifications.</li><li>Prepare tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Analyze project budgets and support negotiation processes.</li><li>Maintain updated cost databases and pricing records.</li><li>Assist in post-tender activities and handover to the execution team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>UAE Fitout : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving license (Required)</li></ul>
