Job description:Overview:To ensure smooth and efficient operations across all online marketplaces and Mackly&rsquo;s own website. This role is the glue between platforms, logistics, content, and customer satisfaction&mdash;keeping everything running like clockwork.Key Responsibilities1. Platform Coordination<ul><li>Manage daily operations across major e-commerce platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, Ajio, Nykaa, Shopify, and others.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with account managers of each portal for promotions, ad placements, new launches, and performance reviews.</li></ul>2. Order &amp; Fulfillment Operations<ul><li>Ensure timely processing of all orders received on each platform.</li><li>Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch, return management, and fulfillment SLAs.</li><li>Track and troubleshoot order delays, cancellations, and RTOs.</li></ul>3. Catalog &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Manage product listings: titles, descriptions, images, videos, size charts, keywords.</li><li>Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure updated creatives and A+ content is used.</li><li>Maintain 100% listing accuracy and hygiene&mdash;across sizes, SKUs, product variations, etc.</li></ul>4. Pricing, Promotions &amp; Campaign Execution<ul><li>Upload pricing updates, offer changes, and discount structures as per campaign calendars.</li><li>Execute all promotional setups as per timelines: Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Firstcry Sale, etc.</li><li>Monitor real-time pricing and flag any inconsistencies across platforms.</li></ul>5. Inventory Sync &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Ensure accurate stock sync between Mackly warehouse and e-commerce portals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to avoid overselling or stockouts.</li><li>Update and track inventory levels during big sales and product drops.</li></ul>6. Customer Service &amp; Feedback Loop<ul><li>Monitor customer feedback on all portals and initiate issue resolution with relevant teams.</li><li>Maintain high service-level compliance (TATs, dispatch timelines, returns, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with the CRM team to gather post-purchase feedback and reviews.</li></ul>7. Performance Reporting &amp; Tracker Maintenance<ul><li>Assist the E-commerce Manager in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational performance reports.</li><li>Maintain detailed trackers:</li><li>Order processing and status</li><li>Campaign and sale performance</li><li>Listing &amp; catalog errors/issues</li><li>Portal communications log</li><li>Stock vs. sales data</li><li>Return rates &amp; reasons</li></ul>8. Cross-functional Coordination<ul><li>Be the communication bridge between:</li><li>Warehouse/Dispatch</li><li>Marketing Team (for creatives/promos)</li><li>Accounts Team (for reconciliation, payouts)</li><li>Tech Team (Shopify or backend sync issues)</li><li>External agencies (if involved in cataloging or digital campaigns)</li></ul>Qualifications: -<ul><li>Proven experience in managing and optimizing products on major marketplace websites like Myntra, First cry, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon, shopify and others.</li><li>5 years + of relevant Experience.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SEO, and keyword research.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.</li><li>Excellent written communication and marketing skills to create compelling product content.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks</li><li>simultaneously.</li><li>Understanding of marketplace policies and best practices to ensure compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSupplemental Pay:<ul><li>Yearly bonus</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-commerce: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>E-commerce: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
