<div><div><b>Position Overview:</b> The Macon Mayhem are looking for a Merchandise Assistant for our upcoming 2024-2025 season! This is a part-time, paid position located in the city of Macon. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, detail-oriented, a natural problem solver, trustworthy and reliable.</div><div>

Now &ndash; April 2025</div><div>
Attendance at all Mayhem Home Games (Office Hours Available)</div><div><br>
 <b>Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in managing purchase orders and incoming inventory from third-party vendors</li><li>
Tag, inventory, fold, and organize new and existing retail items</li><li>
Prepare incoming merchandise orders for customers accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>
Find, address and solve merchandise related issues</li><li>
Manage and train staff/interns assisting with merchandise on game days</li><li>
Assist our full-time staff with administrative duties</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 25 lbs., stand on your feet for 8+ hours at a time, ascend/descend stairs while carrying boxes or other items</li><li>
Communicate in a professional and customer-oriented manner with fans in-person, on the phone and via email</li><li>
Frequently use computer software including, but not limited to Google Docs, Google Sheets, Print Master and Square Point of Sale System.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
