</p></div><div><div><div><div><div>In this role, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities and risks while collaborating on solutions that drive measurable business impact and transformation. You will work closely with the Hyderabad-based Private Credit team to support the growth of infrastructure debt and newer products like direct lending, partnering with stakeholders and the D3E team to prioritise and implement digital solutions. The role also includes documenting solutions with a focus on market trends and user experience, while leading change management through strong project structure and governance.<br>

You will review and manage roll-out of valuation models for a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, renewables, and real assets, gaining an in-depth understanding of asset economics affecting valuation.</div>

 </li><li>Knowledge of how different investment structures work - convertibles, straight equity, shareholder loans etc.;
 </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
