Full job descriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Real estate Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) across various client accounts. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for ensuring campaign performance, managing budgets, and scaling results through smart media buying strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok, and LinkedIn</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel strategy for lead generation and eCommerce real estate clients</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages accordingly</li><li>A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and call-to-actions to improve CTR and conversions</li><li>Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high-performing ad creatives</li><li>Generate weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools</li><li>Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices</li><li>Manage ad spend across multiple clients, ensuring maximum ROI within budget</li><li>Set up tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and custom event triggers</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns across major platforms</li><li>Strong portfolio with proven results (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)</li><li>Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager</li><li>Familiar with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and basic funnel strategy</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills &mdash; Excel/Google Sheets fluency is a must</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and CRO is a plus</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with lead generation for real estate, eCommerce, or service-based businesses</li><li>Knowledge of Zoho CRM, or other automation tools</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience and campaign performance</li><li>Creative freedom and strategy ownership across multiple industries</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a high-potential international agency</li><li>Monthly bonuses based if you hunt clients.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthSend your resume to noorulainjamil656@gmail.com 03370104778Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
