Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work.Job OverviewAs a Personal Stylist, also known as MyStylist, your focus is to exceed performance metrics with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will drive enterprise-wide cross selling to deliver sales goals and achieve sales growth. You will also embrace innovation, new selling ideas, and applications. Your role is to provide an elevated and seamless customer experience through expertise in lifestyle selling, in-store and virtual selling and service by leveraging technology. Personal Stylists are expected to expand their customer base by developing key relationships with vendor partners, store leadership, peers, and their local community. This position also focuses on new customer acquisition, building and maintaining strong client relationships through clienteling, and building a social media presence.Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here.What You Will Do<ul><li>Exceed sale goals by providing a personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and online</li><li>Drive customer acquisition through networking opportunities, leverage social media to seek online and in-store traffic, and create and execute a compelling online presence to form awareness and promote the services and experiences you offer</li><li>Partner with store team, vendors and community partners to develop and host virtual and in-store events to deliver incremental sales.</li><li>Leverage selling tools and resources to increase annual spend and repeat client visit rates through ongoing outreach and correspondence; invite customers to virtual and/or in-person appointments; promote goods, looks, and products that are relevant to your customer.</li><li>Make data driven decisions that will drive growth and understand your local market and customer base.</li><li>Meet with the Store Manager on a regular basis to inform them of your performance, goals and actions.</li><li>Complete Daily and weekly tasks include checking emails, appointment booking upkeep, customer follow-up, content development and posts, and other duties as assigned.</li><li>Attend Vendor trainings and development workshops as assigned.</li><li>Share your knowledge and support peers in growing their skillset while continuously developing yours</li><li>Regularly participate in store leadership meetings and visits.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment in alignment with our company standards and guidelines.</li><li>Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.</li><li>Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.</li><li>Self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.</li><li>Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Keen sense of fashion, ability to coordinate items and suggestive selling techniques.</li><li>Experience or familiarity with a variety of lifestyles, business segments and social media platforms while displaying credibility to interact with broad customer base.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position.</li></ul>Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform<ul><li>Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department</li><li>Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment</li><li>Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision</li><li>Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbs</li></ul>What We Can Offer YouJoin a team where work is as rewarding as it is fun!
