This is an opportunity to join a growing team at a company that values operational excellence, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.Role OverviewThe Content and Marketing Manager, B2B leads the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives for commercial Spinning&reg; bikes and Peak Pilates&reg; equipment across email, social, web, PR, distributors, paid media support, and events. This role supports B2B audiences including studios, gyms, hospitality partners, and distributors across the Americas and Asia Pacific.Working closely with Creative, Sales, Product, and Education, this role helps scale B2B marketing through strong planning, clear prioritization, and consistent execution within established brand systems and existing creative assets.Core ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing<ul><li>Write, build, QA, and schedule B2B-focused email campaigns within the company&rsquo;s email platform</li><li>Manage audience segmentation, timing, and deployment for studio, gym, hospitality, and distributor audiences</li><li>Partner with Creative on visual assets and layout direction</li><li>Ensure messaging aligns with established brand voice and campaign priorities</li></ul>Social Media<ul><li>Own the B2B social content calendar, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms</li><li>Support product launches, promotions, events, distributor communications, and commercial storytelling through social content</li><li>Execute posting, basic asset creation in Canva</li><li>Repurpose existing assets wherever possible to support efficiency and consistency</li><li>Coordinate imagery requests from Creative, studio partners, and global distributors</li><li>Monitor performance and recommend improvements to content mix, cadence, and channel strategy based on KPI trends</li></ul>Content Calendar &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and manage a centralized B2B content calendar across email, social, web, PR, and campaigns</li><li>Align timing with sales initiatives, product launches, distributor needs, and events</li><li>Maintain visibility and alignment across Creative, Sales, and Product teams</li></ul>Press &amp; Public Relations<ul><li>Write and distribute press releases for product launches, partnerships, events, and announcements.</li><li>Identify opportunities for earned media, contributed content, and industry coverage aligned with business priorities.</li><li>Maintain and grow relationships with relevant trade publications and media outlets.</li></ul>Website &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Own ongoing updates to website copy, including landing pages and product detail pages.</li><li>Write and refine copy within established brand guidelines.</li><li>Recommend B2B content improvements based on performance data, sales feedback, and user behavior.</li></ul>Distributor Marketing Enablement<ul><li>Coordinate B2B marketing materials and messaging for global distributors.</li><li>Gather feedback from distributors on asset effectiveness and market needs to inform future content and planning.</li><li>Ensure distributors have timely access to approved assets, copy, and guidance.</li><li>Act as a point of alignment between Sales, Creative, and distributors to support consistency and efficiency.</li></ul>Paid Media Support<ul><li>Support B2B paid media initiatives through content development, messaging alignment, and asset coordination.</li><li>Partner with internal and external media teams to ensure creative consistency and clarity.</li><li>Review performance inputs and contribute insights to improve future campaigns.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Consistent, on-time execution across B2B email, social, PR, web, distributor enablement, paid media support, and events</li><li>Clear content planning and prioritization before work reaches Creative</li><li>Fewer last-minute requests and reduced workflow bottlenecks</li><li>Timely, usable support for Sales and distributors</li><li>Cohesive, performance-informed B2B messaging across channels</li><li>Stronger visibility for products and brand stories across trade media and commercial channels</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fitness, Pilates or wellness</li><li>Strong writing skills with the ability to work within an established brand voice</li><li>Experience executing email marketing, social media, PR, and website content updates</li><li>Adept with performance metrics and translating data into insights</li><li>Familiarity with paid media workflows and creative requirements</li><li>Comfortable working with email platforms, CMS systems, and Canva</li><li>Highly organized with strong prioritization and execution skills</li><li>Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please tell us a little bit about why this position interests you.</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Las Vegas, NV 89115 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
