Ensure End-to-End Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure full adherence to all Qatar Central Bank (QCB) laws, circulars, rulebooks, and supervisory expectations.</li><li>Lead implementation of compliance frameworks covering AML, CFT, CPF, sanctions, KYC/e-KYC, consumer protection, and data protection.</li><li>Maintain oversight of internal controls, reporting obligations, and governance structures.</li></ul>2. Lead AML/CFT Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Oversee customer due diligence, onboarding verification, ongoing monitoring, and enhanced due diligence (EDD).</li><li>Review alerts, investigate unusual activities, and file regulatory reports (STRs/SARs) with the FIU when required.</li><li>Maintain secure, complete, and auditable case files.</li></ul>3. Own Transaction Monitoring &amp; Controls<ul><li>Manage monitoring rules, red-flag frameworks, and risk-based thresholds.</li><li>Ensure sanctions screening, watchlist checks, and periodic due diligence updates.</li><li>Oversee compliance risk assessments and ensure alignment with QCB-mandated frameworks.</li></ul>4. Serve as Primary Liaison with QCB &amp; External Auditors<ul><li>Act as Madad&rsquo;s designated point of contact for QCB, FIU, regulatory inspectors, and approved auditors.</li><li>Coordinate regulatory examinations, sandbox reviews, compliance audits, and periodic reporting.</li><li>Prepare timely responses to regulatory queries and information requests.</li></ul>5. Drive Compliance Training &amp; Culture<ul><li>a. Design and deliver AML/CTF and compliance training for all employees.</li><li>b. Promote a culture of compliance, ethical conduct, and regulatory awareness across teams.</li></ul>6. What are the required education and experience backgrounds?<ul><li>5+ years in AML, Compliance, or Risk roles within a QCB-regulated institution (bank, fintech, finance company).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of QCB compliance requirements across AML, CFT, CPF, KYC/e-KYC, PDPL, governance, and reporting.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in law, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields.</li><li>Preferred: Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent.</li></ul>What Makes You a Great Fit?<ul><li>Trusted to take sound decisions under regulatory scrutiny.</li><li>Able to interpret policies, identify risk gaps, and recommend improvements.</li><li>Confident in dealing with regulators, auditors, and senior management.</li><li>Able to establish processes, maintain discipline, and ensure timely reporting.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving, compliance-sensitive environment.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Table?<ul><li>Deep understanding of QCB&rsquo;s AML/CFT Rulebook, Regulatory Sandbox requirements, and FIU reporting obligations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with risk scoring, sanctions screening, monitoring systems, and CDD processes.</li><li>Ability to run investigations, lead regulatory submissions, and ensure alignment with QCB best practices.</li><li>Strong documentation discipline and experience managing regulatory audits.</li></ul>What will you get at Madad?<ul><li>Work directly with Co-founders, the Board, and CXOs on core compliance initiatives.</li><li>High visibility and ownership of Madad&rsquo;s compliance posture.</li><li>A meritocratic culture that values integrity, expertise, and leadership.</li><li>Opportunity to build a compliance function from the ground up and shape Madad&rsquo;s regulatory journey.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
