HR Executive &ndash; Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities</li><li>Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR MIS reports</li><li>Process payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime accurately</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws</li><li>Coordinate biometric attendance systems and time office activities</li><li>Issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters</li><li>Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner</li><li>Support HR policies, audits, and compliance requirements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, MSW, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
