Inventory &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Track gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone inventory.</li><li>Record stock in/out movements with proper weight, purity, and wastage details.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock verification with sales &amp; store teams.</li></ul>3. Purchase &amp; Vendor Payments<ul><li>Maintain purchase bills from suppliers.</li><li>Verify purity, weight, and rate before booking invoices.</li><li>Process vendor payments on time.</li></ul>4. Sales Billing &amp; GST Compliance<ul><li>Prepare invoices as per GST norms.</li><li>Maintain HSN codes for jewellery items.</li><li>File GST returns and maintain related documents.</li></ul>5. Customer Accounts &amp; EMI Schemes<ul><li>Maintain advance booking records and gold saving scheme accounts.</li><li>Track customer payments and balances.</li><li>Issue receipts and maintain supporting documents.</li></ul>6. Banking &amp; Finance<ul><li>Deposit daily sales cash and cheques in the bank.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements with books of accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with banks for loans, gold overdrafts, and deposits.</li></ul>7. Tax &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.</li><li>Maintain proper vouchers and audit-ready documents.</li></ul>8.
