<ul><li>Oversee all security operations: Manage security staff, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the safety of people and assets.</li><li>Policy and procedure development: Create, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with UAE laws and international best practices.</li><li>Team and training management: Lead, train, and develop security personnel, and coordinate with other departments on security matters.</li><li>Incident and emergency management: Respond to and manage security incidents, assist in emergency response, and coordinate with law enforcement and other emergency services.</li><li>Technology and systems management: Maintain and manage security technology, such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.</li><li>Budget and reporting: Manage security budgets, monitor costs, and prepare reports on security events and incidents.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>MUST HAVE A SIRA CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING</li><li>Must have 5-7 years of work experience on the same field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
