 This team is an impact-focused private equity strategy centered on industrial, business services, and infrastructure-adjacent businesses. The role offers private equity execution with full-cycle deal exposure, while investing in companies aligned with sustainability, resource efficiency, and operational improvement themes.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Associate / Senior Associate will work closely with senior investors in a lean, high-responsibility environment and be actively involved across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio support.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4+ years of Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Preference for backgrounds in industrials, business services, energy-adjacent, or infrastructure-related sectors
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial modeling and diligence capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable operating in a small team with significant ownership
 </li>
