Madisonhealth is seeking a Case Management Licensed Social Worker that will provide assessments, interventions, and discharge planning to patients in the Emergency Department (ED), Medical Surgical Unit (Med/Surg), Family Maternity Center (FMC), Oncology, Behavioral Health Unit (BHU), and all other units within the hospital.
Classification: Part Time 
Variable Schedule to be discussed in interview 
Required Skills:
1. Strong leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as solid oral and written communication skills
2. Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and the flexibility and prioritization abilities to handle crisis situations and work tasks in a rapidly changing environment
3. Ability to address multiple tasks that have short timelines
Minimum Work Experience:
1. At least two (2) years of experience providing social work services
Minimum Education:
1. Candidate must have a bachelor degree in social work from an accredited school of Social Work by the Council on Social Work Education

</div></div><div>Madisonhealth is seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to assist in the overall care of its patients in the hospital and Rexburg Medical Ce The incumbent will responsible to collect and label blood samples, prepare samples for processing and/or storage, and preform drug collections and breath alcohol testing using appropriate protocol and paperwork.</div>
Classification: FT<ul><li>
10 hour shifts, variable days, swing, nights offsite locations</li><li>

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a formal phlebotomy program
Minimum 2 years hospital phlebotomy experience required

</div></div>Madisonhealth is seeking to hire a supervisor in our Paragon Cafe. The Paragon Supervisor works closely with the Nutritional Services Manager and assumes their responsibilities in their absence. They assist with tracking and stocking inventory, preparing products, and assisting with hiring. This individual will be trained in all areas of the Paragon. Their primary responsibilities are to manage the day to day operations of the Paragon. They assist with covering shifts, schedules, training, and finding coverage for call offs. This is a working supervisor position and my need to cover shifts for call offs or when we have short staff.<ul><li>
Classification: Exempt</li><li>
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm, 5 days a week and on call every 3rd weekend.</li></ul>
