 Position is that of an IT Help Desk Technician, and is responsible for supporting organizations Information Systems. Assists with the tracking of all incident and request tickets for Hospital Systems. Maintains a level of competency and persistence in analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving problems. Provides appropriate reports and documentation to assist with decision making and to ensure that appropriate service levels are maintained.

 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Appropriate communication and customer service skills, including phone &amp; email etiquette.

 Capable of troubleshooting and document network, computer, printer, and software issues.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Work Experience

 Customer service experience, e.g. call center, helpdesk, IT support, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 One year of practical experience in the IT field preferred.
 
 
 </li>

 Minimum Education

 Madisonhealth is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to support our offsite clinics by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the clinic, including exam rooms, treatment areas, offices, waiting rooms, and common spaces.
 
 
 Working independently and occasionally alongside clinic staff, the Housekeeping Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized environment that supports quality patient care. While this position has limited patient interaction due to after-hours scheduling, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility are essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for daily clinic operations.
