 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 The Projects Management Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, with a primary focus on High Voltage (HV) Substations and related transmission systems. The role ensures the successful delivery of complex projects in Egypt and the region, in line with company objectives, contractual obligations, and international quality and safety standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from tendering and design to execution, testing, and handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control for all EPC projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with client specifications, technical standards, and HSE requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multi-disciplinary project teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve project execution plans, risk assessments, and resource allocations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead project reviews, progress reporting, and risk mitigation actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide mentorship and leadership to project managers and ensure continuous development of project management capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business development by contributing to project proposals, tenders, and strategic planning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project management within the Energy or Infrastructure EPC industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in managing large-scale Energy or Infrastructure projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of EPC contract structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
 </li>

Projects Management Director

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 The HC Site Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations &amp; administrative activities at the sites.
 
 
 This role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate employee records, &amp; compliance with company policies while providing essential HR administrative to employees &amp; management.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor daily employee attendance through the fingerprint system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with relevant sites &amp; resolve any issues related to attendance &amp; departure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly effects reports on attendance &amp; leaves.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review leaves &amp; mission requests &amp; ensure their compliance with company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track annual leaves balances &amp; prepare periodic reports on them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the completeness &amp; confidentiality of employee files &amp; maintain them in an organized manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor &amp; maintain files for casual labor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly update employee databases &amp; add new employees to company ERP systems (e.g., fingerprint, HR database, life insurance, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the recruitment cycle for casual hirings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly reports on employee attendance, absences, resignations, &amp; transfers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in submitting accurate &amp; required data for management reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in preliminary administrative investigations when needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of experience in HR or similar administrative roles (preferably in a multi-site organization).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, &amp; office administration practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, organization, &amp; problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools [Excel, Word, &amp; PowerPoint, etc].
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to relocate across Egypt.
 </li>
