 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
 
 O&amp;M Project Manager
 
 to oversee the operation and maintenance of utility facilities, including power, water, wastewater, and district cooling systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all O&amp;M project activities, ensuring asset performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading multidisciplinary technical teams to achieve contractual and performance targets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the

 of utility plants and networks.

 Develop and implement
 
 O&amp;M strategies

 Lead technical troubleshooting and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.

 Support contract management, procurement of spare parts, and vendor coordination.

 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 12 years of experience
 
 , including at least 5 years in
 
 Operations &amp; Maintenance management
 
 roles within utilities, power, or water sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing
 
 O&amp;M contracts or utility plants
 
 (e.g., power generation, electricity distribution, water/wastewater treatment, ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of plant operations, maintenance planning, and reliability engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (spoken and written).
 </li>

 to oversee the operations and maintenance of multiple utility projects across a designated region. The successful candidate will manage site teams, ensure operational excellence, maintain asset reliability, and uphold performance and safety standards across power, water, and infrastructure facilities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical).

 Minimum 17 years of experience
 
 , including at least 5 years in a
 
 management or area-level role
 
 in Utilities or O&amp;M operations.

 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 power generation, substations, water/wastewater treatment, or district cooling systems
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of utility systems operation and maintenance best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple sites.
 </li>
 <li>
