We are seeking an AI Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives using artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI marketing technologies.</li></ul>AI-Powered Marketing<ul><li>Utilize AI tools for content generation, campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and market research.</li><li>Implement AI-driven workflows to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new AI platforms and marketing technologies.</li><li>Use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Create and manage high-quality marketing content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.</li><li>Leverage AI-assisted content creation tools while ensuring brand consistency and quality.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.</li></ul>Advertising &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Track campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.</li><li>Develop and execute lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.</li></ul>Marketing Automation &amp; CRM<ul><li>Build and manage automated marketing workflows.</li><li>Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems.</li><li>Create email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and customer engagement programs.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.</li><li>Monitor KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, CAC, ROAS, and customer engagement.</li><li>Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing automation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing, content creation, research, or automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar tools.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools.</li><li>Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your resume atEmail: hhtechsolution01@gmail.comWhatsapp: +923174967217Work Location: In person
